Electric locomotive factory is located in Fushun city, which is a base city
of pol-yt echnic heavy industry in the Northeast region of China ,the factory
address is in the western of Qingnian Road where industry is gathering in Fushun.
It has transport facilities on roador rail, and has very superior geographical
position. Moreover,the materials and fuel what factory requirement are all applied
nearby, all that provide favourable natural conditions for factory's production
and development.
At present/at the moment, the items of solicit customers and sbsorb capital
are as follows:
1. self-launching nail production line:the
building area is approximately 1500 sq-uare meters, imported standard-mound machine,
importing heat-treating stove and phos-phatic equipment, adding up to about 200
altogether. The production capacity is one hundred tons per month. Equipments
and workshops can be rent. On the other hand we can combined product and manage
the line.
2. passenger bus/train factory building workshop:the
building area is nine hundred and three thirty square meters, in which has train
line. It can be used as factory buildingof various industries and to store goods
and materials.
3. Factory receiving place:the building
area is3000 square meters. It have big or small reception roomjs and 30 guest
rooms, which can be used as hotel of external ma-nage and industrial packing wrapping
workshop.
4. Factory fishing pond:occupied area is over 300 square meters. It
can be opened as tourist scenic spot and small holidays-spending village .
It has complete facilities of water, electricity,gas,heating. We cordially
